Inbox zero

  • Planted:

The possibility of inbox zero ensnares me. There’s so much to read on the internet, but the email newsletters I receive seem to win my attention over other sources. I like having the feed, but it can feel like a todo list. I wonder whether I’ll go my whole life without settling that dissonance. How then, can I make sure the good stuff I want to read finds its way into my inbox and keep out the not-so-good-stuff. It’s ongoing work, separating the wheat from the chaff. I’m incubating an idea for a little program that sends my RSS feed to the printer at my local library. I’d like to also be able to send article links to the program throughout the week, then visit the library branch to pick up my personal magazine of sorts.
